While we’re primarily a takeaway spot, you’ll also find a cozy seating area inside, and a few tables
outside where you can relax and enjoy the seaside breeze.

Items: Egg frittata/ Spanish (paprika-potato chorizo) Italian(courgettes) or plain version (egg-herbs) Spanish version with potatoes and chorizo or italian version: courgettes frittata Ingredients: eggs, fresh herbs (parsley- basil) paprika, salt, pepper, chorizo, chives, sliced poached and sauteed new potatoes or grated courgettes Sausages: ingredients Pork meat salt pepper, herbs, spices (possibly gluten/ free- rusk free) (Alternative possibility of making it with different sausages (chicken turkey and possibly halal) Half roasted portobello mushrooms or 3-4 sauteed chestnut mushrooms half roasted plum tomato 2 slices of bacon home made baked beans in little pot to be included within the pack Small version (1 bacon 1 sausage) and big version: (big version 2 sausages 2 bacon and bigger frittata) Baked beans: small brunoise of onions and carrots, thyme, rosmary, oregano, bay leaves brown sugar and dark vinegar, par-cooked cannellini beans (or butter beans) Peeled plum tomatoes or chunks very slightly blended or mashed before. Bacon/ brie or cheddar (white or applewood) tomato rolls. Ingredients, baguette or ciabatta bread, butter or vegan spread, bacon 3 slices, Marinated tomato slices (oil garlic/oregano/ sage) brie or cheddar 2 slices Alternative bacon and egg roll with thin plain egg frittata made of eggs and herbs Bacon focaccia rolls (as above but using tomato focaccia bread) Vegetarian roll breakfast option: ciabatta with vegetarian frittata: egg mix, sauteed mushrooms, chives, parsley diced mixed sauteed peppers, feta cubes or halloumi roasted cubes. Vegan spread, olive oil, Marinated tomatoes.

Hot dishes takeaway options
Buttermilk Chicken schnitzel, mushroom creamy gravy and honey roasted vegetables: butterflied half chicken breast lightly flattened, which has previously marinated in buttermilk, then garlic and herbs (thyme sage, rosmary) then breaded (flour, egg mix and panko), then shallow fried par cooked and finished in the oven to go straight in the hot display. To be served with lemon wedge and seasonal honey roasted vegetables. Optional creamy chicken gravy to be served in a small container within the pack made with chicken stock and double cream and mushrooms, thyme and tarragon.

Gnocchi amatriciana: potato gnocchi, onion, garlic, basil, olive oil, tinned tomatoes blended or passata, guanciale and pecorino, parsley to finish. Gnocchi 4 cheese (VEGE): potato gnocchi, bechamel mornay, gorgonzola, blue stilton, taleggio, and grana padano, salt pepper as required. Cheese to gratin. Gnocchi (VGN) olives, tomato and pesto sauce: gnocchi tomato sauce, dairy free pesto, kalamata style olives. Meat lasagne: pasta sheets, meat tomato sauce made with mirepoix (diced onion, carrots, celery) beef mince, bay leaves, thyme, sage, rosmary. Bechamel, (Milk butter flour sauce) parmesan and cheese topping to finish as gratin. Vegetarian lasagne: pasta sheets, tomato sauce, shallow fried courgettes or grilled vegetables (shallow fried).
